Free Adjuster Training

CATI and Mountain View College, along with the Texas Workforce Commission, have partnered to offer a job-training program known as the ‘Skills Development Fund,’ which provides Texas businesses and workers training dollars for employee training and development.

How does it work? Your business will identify training needs and partner with us to fill those specific needs.  Your business will work with us to submit proposals, develop curricula, or utilize our current curricula to conduct training and subsequently develop your employees.  The Skills Development Fund pays for the training, we administer the grant, and businesses either create new jobs and or improve the skills of their current workers.

As a Texas employer, you are the focus of the Skills Development Fund.  Along with the identification of your training needs and the number of employees to be trained, the only requirement is to complete the Private Partner Information Form provided.  With the assistance of the Skills Development Fund, businesses gain a more highly trained workforce, upgrade their skills, and the Texas economy is strengthened.

Our role as the grant applicant will be to coordinate the training executed under the Skills Development Fund grant project.  Our initial objective is to assist you in identifying your skills gaps and developing a customized curriculum or utilizing our current curriculum.  Training is critical for maintaining the strength of your business as it strives to remain competitive in a global economy.

Our training can include:

  • Tailored curriculum
  • Classes conducted at the employer’s site or at our training facility
  • Flexible class schedules to minimize impact to employers
  • Addressing company needs

CATI understands that economic and workforce development programs such as this delivers and supports comprehensive, flexible, diverse, visionary instruction, and services which are responsive to the needs of its business partners through workforce training and enhanced economic development.
