Catastrophe Adjuster Training Institute offers a comprehensive program in a hands-on, structured setting.  Whether you are new to the field or an experienced professional looking to enhance your skills - we have the Adjuster Training you need.

With our corporate partners in the insurance and claims industry, we offer ongoing training throughout the year at our Irving, Texas location.  For Independent (individual) adjusters we offer quarterly programs to train to start a career in the adjusting field.  From Texas All-Lines Pre-licensing to hands-on software training for Property and Auto Claims - we are the best.

Our 14,000-square foot facility showcases mock-up structures including an 850-square-foot house, standard and steep roofs, bathrooms, closets and living spaces, fences and sheds - all with simulated storm damage.  You will climb roofs, measure, scope and diagram actual examples of the types of claim assignments Adjusters face on a daily basis: wind, hail, water, fire, tropical storms and freeze claims.  You will learn how to make hand-written estimates from start to finish and experience the highest level of software training including xactimate and CCC Pathways.  All classes have pass ratios of more than 90% and many of our former students have gone on to experience lucrative careers in the Insurance Industry.  All our instructors have field experience as adjusters.  Students learn not only how to write claims, but what to expect while in the field and what it takes to become successful. Additionally, we offer advanced adjuster courses including Rope & Harness and File Examiner for Inside Claims.  All classrooms are kept at a small size so that students get ample opportunities to interact with fellow students and instructors.  Classes run at a comfortable pace - 8am to 5pm - with limited homework on occasional evenings.
