Flooding Possible in Southern States
According to The Weather Channel, there are some severe storms likely to hit the Southern states this week. Heavy rains are expected in eastern Oklahoma and Texas. Rains are also expected to hit Kentucky, Tennessee, and perhaps Alabama.

More advanced students that have already taken the Xactimate 27 Software Training course may want to enrol in the Xactimate 27 Advanced Class where they will spend 3 days learning:
- Download current and historical price lists
- Upload assignments
- Scope, sketch and estimate various loss types
- Sketch roofs, fences, and custom staircases
- Modify line items
- Use macros

Tropical storm Maria marks the 13th named storm of the season. The 2010 season was also above average, but didn’t experience its firs storm until September 23rd. An average season yields 11 named tropical storms or hurricanes.
