ABOUT THE ADJUSTER INSURACE CONFERENCE

The 1st annual Adjuster Insurance Conference provides a forum for review and discussion of claims and related property insurance issues.

Representatives from all segments of the storm insurance claims industry convene for the two day event to address the impact of hail, earthquake and important windstorm insurance issues. In addition to professional development and networking, the conference offers Continuing Education credits for numerous states.

Register today and join hundreds of Independent claims industry professionals to discuss current trends and recent developments in the property insurance industry.

REGISTRATION FEES:

Registration fees include all general sessions, workshops, Continuing Education credits, conference materials, reception, and banquet. First-come, first-serve priority will be given to registrants and work-shop selection. Register early, as space is limited and the conference may sell out in advance.

  • REGULAR REGISTRATION: $199 register

- This rate is good until conference is sold out.

  • SPOUSE/COMPANION: $40

- This rate is good only for the reception on March 6th and the banquet on March 7th. Admission is not allowed into any general session, breakout workshop session, or any CE related event. Spouse/companion registrants will receive a special color-coded name badge designated for entry into the reception and banquet.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full refunds (less a $50 processing charge and any applicable credit card fees) will be made for cancellations received by February 17, 2012. No refunds will be made after February 17, 2012. A request for cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to (insert email created by you for this event) Refunds will not be given for no-shows or missed travel logistics. Registrants who are unable to attend may send may send a substitute or receive conference workshop materials in place of a refund, or upon approval, may credit their registration to a future USAS Adjuster Insurance Conference.

WORKSHOPS/ONLINE MATERIALS

All general sessions and workshops, including certification classes, are open to registrants. Please note that some certification classes require multiple sessions and are limited in the number of participants.

PROFESSIONAL DRESS CODE

The dress code is business casual for all conference events, both day and evening. Professional business attire is strongly recommended.

CONFERENCE NAME BADGES

Your name badge identifies you as a USAS Adjuster Conference attendee and must be worn for admission to all conference functions. USAS will not be issuing replacements for lost or stolen badges.

Discounted room rates are available at the NYLO Hotel (where our banquet will be held) and the Candlewood Suites Market Center.  Discounted conference rooms sell out months in advance, so reserve your rooms today. NYLO Room rates start at $119.00 for USAS Adjuster Insurance Conference attendees. Be sure to reference the 2012 USAS Adjuster Insurance Conference. Discounted group rate is good until the conference room block is sold out. Discounted rates are also available at the Candlewood Suites, starting at $55.00/night.
